Do you like carrot cake? This lightweight version of a Carrot Cake Smoothie is a new way to cook it. This smoothie is vegetarian and is made with soy milk to drink, banana to achieve a creamy consistency, carrot being the spices that give it a delicious flavor. For this Light Carrot Cake Smoothie you do not need a blender for smoothies, you only liquify the ingredients and you will have this delicious vegetarian dessert. It is an easy and delicious recipe that you can use for breakfast or after lunch for dessert.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 spoonfuls of banana frozen
  • 1 Cup of carrot grated
  • 2 spoonfuls of bee honey
  • 2 cups of AdeS® Soya drink
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoonful of nutmeg powdered
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of ground ginger
  • 1/4 of Cup of nut
  • enough of carrot grated, to serve
  • enough of nut finely chopped and toasted, to serve
  • enough of cinnamon cookie ground, to serve

    Preparation

    Blend the banana with the carrot, honey, AdeS® Soya, cinnamon powder, nutmeg, vanilla extract, powdered ginger, and walnuts to obtain a homogeneous and thick mixture.
    Serve in glasses and decorate with carrot, walnut and ground cookies.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with grated carrots, ground cookies and chopped walnuts.
