For the mango habanero sauce, heat a skillet over medium heat, add the butter and cook the onion, garlic, habanero pepper, and mango for 2 minutes. Add the apple cider vinegar, orange juice, and D’Gari® Maple Syrup; cook for another 5 minutes until it reaches a semi-thick consistency; then add the mustard, allspice, and salt, mix well, remove from heat and blend, set aside. For the tamarind sauce, heat a skillet over medium heat, add the butter and cook the onion, garlic, and chipotle pepper for 2 minutes. Add the tamarind concentrate, D’Gari® Maple Syrup, Worcestershire sauce, allspice, and salt; cook for another 5 minutes until it reaches a semi-thick consistency; then remove from heat and blend, set aside.
