Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 cup plum, remove the bone
  • 1 kilo apple, in half moons
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 bar butter
  • 1/2 cups sugar

Preparation

Wash and peel the apples by cutting them in half moon. Separately cut the plums in half by placing them in a pot with a little water and 4 tablespoons of sugar. Let boil until thick, reserve and cool.
Fry the slices of apples with a little butter and place them in the mold already greased and floured completely.
Place the mixture of the plums (at the time) in the mold and reserve. Preheat the oven to 280 ° C.
Separate the whites from the yolks, placing the condensed milk in the yolks and beat so that it integrates well.
Wash the blades of the blender and beat the egg whites until stiff and add to the mixture of the yolks in an enveloping form.
Add the mixture to the mold with the fruits, always cleaning the edges of the mold and bake 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool a little and unmold our cake.

PRESENTATION

You can serve this dessert with a scoop of ice cream and some fresh strawberries.

TIPS

If you do not like plums or apples you can change for almonds and pears. Serve warm or cold.
