For the cake, beat the butter with the sugar, add the eggs one at a time, the milk, the vanilla extract, add the sifted dry ingredients, and finally the melted chocolate, beat until you achieve a consistent mixture. Pour into 3 cake pans of 20 cm in diameter and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, cool, and unmold. For the topping, in a bowl mix the melted chocolate with the heavy cream and set aside. For the frosting, beat the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until you achieve a consistent frosting. For assembling, place one cake layer and cover with cream cheese frosting, place another cake layer and repeat until you have 3 layers. Cover the cake with the remaining frosting and smooth it out with a spatula. Pipe rosettes on the edges, pour the chocolate topping using a small jug, place the strawberries, refrigerate, slice, and enjoy.
