  • 90 grams of Butter melted (for a 30 cm mold)
  • 4 eggs (for a 20 cm mold)
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar (for a 20 cm mold)
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla (for a 20 cm mold)
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of lemon zest (for a 20 cm mold)
  • 3/4 of Cup of flour (for a 20 cm mold)
  • 45 grams of Butter melted (for a 20 cm mold)
  • 3 eggs (for a mold of 14 cm)
  • 1/3 of Cup of sugar (for a mold of 14 cm)
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of vanilla (for a mold of 14 cm)
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of lemon zest (for a mold of 14 cm)
  • 2/3 of Cup of flour (for a mold of 14 cm)
  • 30 grams of Butter melted (for a mold of 14 cm)
  • 1 1/4 cups of Butter (200 g) for bitumen
  • 1 1/4 cups of vegetable shortening (200 g) for bitumen
  • 2 3/4 cups of powder sugar (500 g) for bitumen

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and grease the molds with butter.
