Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 on Flan Flavor Vanilla D'Gari®, 140 g
  • 1 liter milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon Water, cool
  • 1/2 cups strawberry, cut into quarters
  • 1/2 cups raspberry
  • 1/2 cups blueberry
  • 3 twigs peppermint

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Acrema butter with sugar and salt, add the yolk, the tablespoon of cold water and flour. Incorporate until you have a homogeneous mass, refrigerate and reserve.
Spread the dough on a floured surface, line the cake molds, chop the center with a fork to keep it from growing. Bake for 10 minutes, remove from the oven and freeze.
Heat the milk, without boiling it, remove it from the heat and empty the envelope of Flan Flavor Vanilla D'Gari®, mix and let cool for 20 min.
Add the preparation of Flan Flavor Vanilla D'Gari® on the cake bases, refrigerate for 2 hours.
Remove the cakes from the refrigerator, decorate with the fruits of the forest.

PRESENTATION

Serve the tarts and decorate with the red fruits in the middle of the cake.

TIPS

Freeze the tarts before adding the vanilla fan mix.
