Chocolate Covered Cheesecake Pops

Are you a fan of extra sweet and extra delicious desserts? We have the perfect easy dessert for you! This recipe for Chocolate covered Cheesecake Popsicles is a great choice for when you want to mix flavors and textures. For this dessert made without an oven you can use a cookie mix and a creamy cheese filling. It is important that your popsicles are completely frozen when you cover them with chocolate, because otherwise they will fall apart.

  • 1 cup butter, melted, for the base
  • 1/2 cups raw sugar, for the base
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa, for the base
  • 2 cups cookie, vanilla, ground, for the base
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder, for the base
  • 1/2 cups peanut, for the base of the popsicles
  • 3 packages cream cheese, for the cheesecake, 190g each
  • 1 cup whipping cream, for the cheesecake
  • 1 cup sugar, for the cheesecake
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence, for the cheesecake
  • 2 envelopes gelatin, melted, for the cheesecake, 7g each
  • enough Abatelenguas
  • 1 cup White chocolate
  • 1 cup bitter chocolate
  • enough chocolate, cookies & cream, in bar and bites
  • enough Oreo cookie, chopped
  • enough M & M chocolates, Reese's, in pieces
  • enough pretzel, chopped
  • enough marshmallows, minis
  • enough walnut, chopped
  • enough chocolate chip
  • enough White chocolate, to decorate
  • enough dark chocolate, to decorate


For the base, in a bowl mix the butter with the sugar, the cocoa, the ground cookies and the cinnamon. Pour into a cake mold 20 cm in diameter and compact to form a crust.
For the cheesecake, beat the cream cheese with the whipping cream, the sugar, the vanilla and the unflavored gelatin.
Pour the previous mixture into mold, spread and refrigerate until set. Remove from the mold and cut into triangles and insert the popsicle at the base of each triangle. Freeze one hour
Melt white chocolate and dark chocolate in the microwave in 30 seconds.
On a gridded tray, covers the popsicles with white and dark chocolate, work quickly so that it does not solidify and you can pair it well.
Before the chocolate dries completely, decorate the popsicles with the toppings of your choice. Refrigerate to set the chocolate and enjoy.


Cover with white or bitter chocolate and decorate with your favorite chocolates.
