Oaxacan Chocolate Mousse

The recipe for chocolate mousse from Oaxaca is extraordinary, a product of how rich it is, how easy it is to prepare it and the Mexican touch that our delicious Oaxacan chocolate brings to it. Enjoy it!

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of chocolate bar (use Oaxacan chocolate)
  • 1 Cup of milk
  • 2 1/2 cups of cream to beat
  • 16 pieces of raspberry
  • 4 leaves of fresh dill or mint

    Preparation

    Grate the chocolate, put a bowl in a bain-marie. Place the grated chocolate and add the milk. Stir slowly until the mixture is dissolved, add the sugar and beat until the mixture is smooth, let cool.
    To part, beat 2 cups of cream to beat with the blender or with the balloon whisk until it is spongy (aerated). Add the chocolate without stopping to move, take care not to lower the cream. Refrigerate half an hour.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with a pastry bag or a plastic bag in individual containers, decorate with raspberries and a sprig of dill or mint leaves.

    TIPS

    Refrigerate the preparation (at least 1 hour) before serving.
