Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 cup greek yogurt, (0%)
  • 3 tablespoons liquid vanilla
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 package light cream cheese, (190 g)
  • 24 plastic rabbits for decoration

Preparation

For the popsicles, blend the milk with the cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Divide the mixture in two and set aside.
Place half of the Rabbits® in a microwave-safe bowl and melt in 30-second periods, making sure no lumps remain.
Pour the melted Rabbits® into the middle of the vanilla mixture and incorporate very well.
To assemble, fill half of the popsicle mold (or the mold of your choice) with the vanilla mixture and arrange the Rabbits® almost to the edge, cover with the chocolate mixture and insert a wooden popsicle stick.
Freeze the palettes until they are firm, unmold and serve.

PRESENTATION

Remove from the popsicle molds and serve immediately.

TIPS

If you don't have popsicle molds you can use the one you have at home or, in absence of that, use disposable cups. The recipe is for molds of approximately 95 ml capacity.
