Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups whipping cream, hot
  • 1 1/2 sticks chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup whipping cream, semimontada
  • 1/2 cups raspberry
  • 1/2 cups Great Value® Classic Cookies with Chocolate Sparks, ground
  • 1/4 cups bitter chocolate, melted
  • 190 grams Great Value® Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cups White chocolate, melted
  • 4 cookies, oval sandwich
  • to taste bitter chocolate, melted, to decorate
  • 8 fondant, in the shape of zucchini, to decorate

Preparation

For the mousse, in a bowl mix the cream to beat hot with the milk chocolate to integrate. Add the semimontada cream of enveloping fomra, then add the raspberries and mix. Reservation.
