Presentation

Decoration: white chocolate coating, dark chocolate coating, caramel at thread stage. Place the cake on the chosen tray or plate. Grate white chocolate coating over it. Optional: melt the white coating before using.

Tips

Use molds that have a removable bottom, either those that open from the sides to release the cake or those with a base that can be removed from the top of the mold. Before assembling the cake, place a circle of paper.
