These are some nutty pastries soft and delicious like a sigh, they are also super easy to make.

Ingredients

40 portions
  • 2 cups butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 1/2 cups walnut, chopped
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • powdered sugar, necessary amount

Preparation

Acremer the butter (the one that we must have at room temperature) and add the sugar, salt and vanilla, mix very well.
Add to the butter mixture the flour previously mixed with the nuts and beat very well until you have a dough.
The dough is divided and sticks or rolls are formed and wrapped in film or aluminum foil and refrigerated approximately 1 hour.
Once the rolls are hardened, slices of approximately 1 cm are cut and placed on a tray (no need to grease)
Bake approximately 15 or 20 mins. in a preheated oven at 180 °, or until the edges are golden brown.
They are removed from the oven and left to cool and rolled in impalpable sugar.

TIPS

You can replace the nuts with almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts or pistachios and make sighs of any fruit. Enjoy it!
