Chocolate Orange Marble Muffins

This recipe is always a hit; the intense flavor of chocolate perfectly combines with the citrus notes of orange. Additionally, using little sugar gives full prominence to the two main flavors. The good thing about this recipe is that you don’t need a mixer or a scale; it’s so simple, you only need: a bowl, a measuring cup, and a whisk, and you can make it in the blink of an eye.

Presentation

If you like, you can sprinkle chocolate chips or pieces of candied orange peel on the batter just before putting it in the oven. You can serve them warm or cold (if they haven't been eaten yet).

Tips

*You can replace whole milk with soy milk if you are lactose intolerant, and the yogurt with lactose-free yogurt. *Try to use sunflower or corn oil as they do not alter the flavor of the food unlike canola, safflower, olive oil, etc.
