Prepare one of the most typical drinks of Venezuela, it does not matter if you are a child or adult, you will love it. It is a drink made with milk and rice, a little thick and sweet that turns out to be delicious and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 cup rice
  • 9 cups Water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 teaspoons almond essence
  • 1/2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 5 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • to taste cinnamon powder
  • 1 branch cinnamon

Preparation

Wash the rice and let it soak from one day to the next in 2 cups of water.
The next day, drain and cook with the cinnamon stick in 7 cups of water for about 35 minutes.
Then, lower the intensity of the fire and let it rest.
Blend with the sugar, the three milks, salt and essences. Let cool well. Serve with crushed ice.

PRESENTATION

Sprinkle with cinnamon powder to your liking.
