Ingredients

1 portion
  • 2 oranges
  • 4 prune
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons flaxseed, milled
  • 1 pear
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 lemons

Preparation

Soak the 4 prunes in a cup of water for about 5 hours.
Cut the pear into cubes.
Squeeze the juice of the oranges and lemons in the blender. Add the pear cubes together with the prunes and half the water where you soaked them.
Add the flaxseed and blend until the mixture is homogeneous.
To serve.

TIPS

Take on an empty stomach, once a week.
