Refreshing drink recipe for hot afternoons based on cucumber, grapefruit, alfalfa and citrus. It is perfect to quench your thirst or accompany your food, be sure to try it.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 liter mineral water
  • to taste ice
  • 1/2 cucumbers, in cubes
  • 1 bunch alfalfa, cool
  • 1 lemon juice
  • to taste Sugar substitute, of your choice
  • 1/2 oranges, or thinly sliced ​​grapefruit

Preparation

Blend the cucumber in cubes and the alfalfa with a little natural water
Add the juice of a lemon
Strain the above and incorporate the mineral water
Add the sweetener to taste and ice
Garnish with a slice of grapefruit or orange on the edge of the jar or glasses and drop a few more into the bottom of the jar
