To print
Refreshing drink recipe for hot afternoons based on cucumber, grapefruit, alfalfa and citrus. It is perfect to quench your thirst or accompany your food, be sure to try it.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 liter mineral water
  • ice
  • 1/2 cucumbers, in cubes
  • 1 bunch alfalfa, cool
  • 1 lime juice
  • Sweetener, of your choice
  • 1/2 oranges, or thinly sliced grapefruit

Preparation

Blend the cubed cucumber and alfalfa with a little natural water
Add the juice of one lemon
Strain the above and add the mineral water
Add the sweetener to taste and the ice
Garnish with a few slices of grapefruit or orange on the rim of the pitcher or glasses and drop a few more to the bottom of the pitcher

PRESENTATION

You can add a little umbrella to give each glass a fresher touch.

TIPS

Serve very cold in a frosted glass of sweetener or lemon with salt, according to taste.
