Ingredients: 400 grams beef cutlet; vegetable oil, to fry the schnitzels and separately the sausages; 1 cup sausages, cut in half lengthwise; 1 cup chorizo; 5 eggs; salt; pepper; 4 telera rolls, large; 1/4 cups butter, to spread; 1/2 cups mayonnaise; 1/2 cups mustard; 400 grams pork leg, enchilada; 1 cup Oaxaca cheese; 1 cup American cheese; 3 tomatoes; 1/2 onions, in rings; 1 avocado, in slices; chile, in strips, for accompaniment
