With this recipe of Chicken Milanesa Tacos you can achieve a perfect breaded and also a recipe for easy and satisfying cooking you can share with your family. Ingredients

6 servings
  • 3 San Juan® egg
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • enough of salt and pepper
  • 1/2 Cup of milk
  • 500 grams of chicken Milanesa (breaded)
  • enough of ground bread
  • enough of vegetable oil to fry
  • 3 tomatoes in halves, for the red sauce
  • 3 Serrano cpeppers for the red sauce
  • 1 garlic for the red sauce
  • enough of sea salt for the red sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of coriander finely chopped, for the sauce
  • enough of Corn tortillas
  • 1 Cup of refried beans
  • enough of coriander fresh, to garnish
  • enough of green lemon to serve with

Preparation

In a bowl, beat the pieces of San Juan® Egg and lightly beat with the mustard, salt, pepper and milk.
Bread the milanesas through the mixture of egg and bread crumbs.
In a skillet over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the breaded steaks on both sides until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
On a table, cut the Milanese into strips. Set aside.
For the sauce, in a comal or grill over medium heat, roast the tomatoes, chilies and garlic.
Garnish the roasted garlic with a little coarse salt until you obtain a puree. Add the chilies, the tomatoes, and continue sauteing until you get a sauce. Rectify seasoning and add cilantro.
Heat the tortillas in a comal and spread with the refried beans.
Serve the Milanese strips on the tortillas, garnish with cilantro and serve with sauce and lemon.

TIPS

A good way to know if the oil has the right temperature if you do not have a thermometer, is adding a pinch of bread crumbs to the oil, if bubbling it is ready to fry.
