Ingredients

2 portions
  • 100 grams pork belly, smoked
  • 150 grams cherry tomato
  • pastis
  • 100 grams vetch
  • 4 slices multigrain bread, field
  • 4 fontina cheeses, fetas
  • 2 eggs
  • olive oils
  • 200 grams mixed lettuce
  • table salt
  • black pepper powder

Preparation

Cut the bacon into sticks.
Brown in a pan, allowing it to defat slowly.
Add the cherry tomatoes to the pan and turn the heat to the maximum.
Cook until they start to burn.
Add the peas, sauté 1 minute more.
Deglaze with pastis.
Toast each slice of bread with a sheet of fontina in the toaster in an upright position or in an electric oven.
Cook the soft-boiled eggs (with the shell, in water, 7 minutes).
Clean the lettuce leaves and make a salad.
Serve the brusqueta, placing the toast with gratin cheese on it, the bacon sautéed with peas and cherry.
Accompany with the green leafy salad.
