Ingredients

6 portions
  • 6 poblano peppers
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup Nestle media creama
  • 1/4 kilos Turkey ham
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 pinch chicken consommé
  • 200 grams monterrey cheese

Preparation

Chilli are roasted and put in a bag to sweat, let stand for 5 minutes and clean.
Chop the ham and put it in a bowl, the corn ears are cleaved and stirred with the ham. The peppers are filled with that mixture and the cheese is put in pieces on top.
In a pan put the butter, half cream, milk and the consommé to boil and as it boils for a minute place the chiles in the pan and cover, let them boil for 5 minutes and voila.

PRESENTATION

You can accompany them with rice and salad.
