Surprise everyone at your next meeting, with this recipe of Crazy Jicama, spicy and easy to prepare, and besides this dish goes a long way. This jícama stuffed with peanuts, chickpeas enchilados, chicritos chicos and decorated with strips of fruits, will be the favorite snack of your guests or for a family afternoon. To make it perfect, try to choose a large jicama so you can fill it up well. Remember that this snack is rich in vitamins, because the jicama has a lot of iron, potassium and calcium.

  • 1 jicama
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 cup pineapple, cut into slices
  • 5 slices jicama
  • 8 Tamarindo candy, plugs
  • 1/2 cups japanese peanut
  • 1/2 cups spicy peanut
  • 1/2 cups chickpea, enchilado
  • 1/2 cups Churrito
  • 5 tamarind sticks
  • enough skewer stick
  • enough lemon juice, for serving
  • enough spicy sauce


Peel the jicama and trim the edges, with the help of a spoon, shave it. Reserve the jicama flesh.
Cut the cucumber into flower shaped slices and with the a flower shaped cutter.
With the help of a star cutter cut the pineapple and reserve.
With the help of a flower cutter cut the slices of jicama. With the help of a small circle cutter cut the center and fill with tamarind.
On a skewer stick, insert the flowers shaped jicama, pineapple and cucumber. Reserve the fruit strips or banderillas.


Serve with lemon juice, chili powder and chamoy
