Surprise everyone at your next meeting, with this recipe of Crazy Jicama, spicy and easy to prepare, and besides this dish goes a long way. This jícama stuffed with peanuts, chickpeas enchilados, chicritos chicos and decorated with strips of fruits, will be the favorite snack of your guests or for a family afternoon. Ingredients

  • 1 piece of jicama
  • 1 piece of cucumber
  • 1 Cup of pineapple cut into slices
  • 5 slices of jicama
  • 8 pieces of Tamarindo candy plugs
  • 1/2 Cup of japanese peanut
  • 1/2 Cup of spicy peanut
  • 1/2 Cup of chickpea enchilado
  • 1/2 Cup of Churrito
  • 5 pieces of tamarind sticks
  • enough of skewer stick
  • enough of lemon juice for serving
  • enough of spicy sauce

    Preparation

    Peel the jicama and trim the edges, with the help of a spoon, shave it. Reserve the jicama flesh.
    Cut the cucumber into flower shaped slices and with the a flower shaped cutter.
    With the help of a star cutter cut the pineapple and reserve.
    With the help of a flower cutter cut the slices of jicama. With the help of a small circle cutter cut the center and fill with tamarind.
    On a skewer stick, insert the flowers shaped jicama, pineapple and cucumber. Reserve the fruit strips or banderillas.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with lemon juice, chili powder and chamoy

    TIPS
