Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups vegetal oil
  • 1 cup corn
  • 3 tablespoons rice flour
  • 2 tablespoons cornmeal
  • 1/3 tablespoons Chile de árbol pepper, powdered
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

In a saucepan heat the oil over medium heat.
In a bowl place the corn grains and add the rice flour, the corn flour, the tree chile powder, mix until the moisture of the corn grains is eliminated.
Fry corn kernels for approximately 3 minutes and place on absorbent paper.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a small bowl.

TIPS

If you want them to sting more, reserve a bit of chilli powder and sprinkle at the end.
