Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 cup chickpea, Cooked
  • 1 clove garlic, little
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dry chile de árbol pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cups Real Mayonnaise Hellmann's®
  • 1/4 cups peanut, toasted and chopped
  • 2 cups jicama, in canes
  • 1 cucumber, with shell, without seeds on canes
  • 3 cups tortilla chips, of corn, baked

Preparation

Place chickpeas in a food processor with garlic, lemon juice and tree chili.
Work the mixture until achieving a homogeneous consistency.
Add Organic Hellmann's® and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Before serving, add the chopped peanuts and mix.
Serve with vegetables and chips.

TIPS

When grinding, add a little water to the chickpeas if necessary to achieve a creamy and smooth texture.
