Preparation
In a bwol add all the ingredients for the dough; the flour, a little oil, the water, a pinch of salt, the chopped dried tomato, the oregano and the paprika and mix. Knead and add flour or water as you ask, until you get a dough that works easily.
Once kneaded, remove small balls from the dough and knead individually to form a cake with the thickness you like and goes through a pan back and forth.
Now it only remains to fill with what you like most; in this case with an avocado crushed with a pinch of salt and cherry tomatoes grilled. To finish a few drops of olive oil that will enhance the flavor and aroma of this delicious dish.
