Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cups dehydrated cranberry, chopped
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 Manchego Cheese LALA®, 400 g
  • 250 grams puff pastry
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
For the marmalade, in a saucepan over low heat, add all the ingredients and let it cook until it thickens and has the consistency of jam. Let cool and reserve.
Stretch the puff pastry with a 3mm thick roll, place the Manchego cheese LALA® covers completely, varnish with egg and bake for 20 minutes.
Cut a piece of cheese and serve with the blueberry jam.
