Ingredients: 2 ancho chiles, deveined and hydrated; 2 guajillo chiles, deveined and hydrated; 1/2 sticks achiote paste; 1/4 cups white vinegar; 1/2 cups orange juice, sour; 4 tablespoons corn oil; 1 cup onion, finely chopped; 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped; 1 kilo pork tenderloin, in steaks, seasoned with salt and pepper; 1/2 onions, sliced; 6 limes, cut; 1 cup guacamole

Blend the chiles, achiote, vinegar, orange juice and set aside. Spread the steaks with the achiote mixture and cover with the rest of the mixture. Let marinate for 2 hours.
