Hydrate the gelatin in half a cup of water. Let it rest for about 3 minutes and dissolve it in a double boiler or in the microwave for 35 to 40 seconds. Blend the cream cheese, cilantro, cream, and powdered broth, and with the motor running, add the dissolved gelatin.
