Preparation
Hydrate the grenetine in the half cup of water. Let it rest for 3 minutes and dissolve in a water bath or in the microwave for 35 to 40 seconds.
Blend cream cheese, cilantro, cream and bouillon in powder, and with the engine on we add the dissolved grenetina.
Flavor is rectified, and if necessary a little more consommé is added and it is liquefied again to incorporate everything.
In individual containers (flaneras) previously greased with PAM we are emptying the mixture.
Refrigerate at least 45 minutes to set perfectly.
Unmold in individual saucers and serve.
