This is a dish typical of Oaxaca, the Oaxacan tlayuda recipe can be made with the ingredient that you like the most, be it chorizo, meat, chicken or simply with Oaxacan cheese.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 cup black bean
  • 1/4 cups lard
  • 1 cup cabbage, or lettuce
  • 250 grams Oaxaca cheese
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 Green Chiles
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 radish
  • 2 corn tortillas, tlayudas

Preparation

Heat the corn tortillas in a comal or on the pan.
Spread the lard and then spread the black beans (heated in a pan).
Sprinkle the cabbage in all the tlayuda and then crumble the oaxaca cheese and add it to the tlayuda.
Cut the tomato, green chili, avocado and radish and add it to the tlayuda.
Serves hot

La tlayuda oaxaqueña lleva trabajo, o carne enchilada, o chorizo oaxaqueño, también se pueden hacer en combinación de carnes o las 3 juntas.
