Preparation
Heat the corn tortillas in a comal or on the pan.
Spread the lard and then spread the black beans (heated in a pan).
Sprinkle the cabbage in all the tlayuda and then crumble the oaxaca cheese and add it to the tlayuda.
Cut the tomato, green chili, avocado and radish and add it to the tlayuda.
Serves hot
