Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 tilapia fish, marinated
  • spices, thyme, bay leaf, peppermint, basil
  • cognac, or brandy
  • lime juice
  • orange juice
  • mustard
  • soy sauce
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • vegetable, to taste to serve
  • soybean sprout

Preparation

If the mojarras are not clean, they must be flaked and cleaned. They are marinated (preferably from the night before, approximately 12 hours) with the spices, lemon juice and a splash of cognac or brandy.
We spread the mojarras with mustard on both sides and season. We put them in a refractory.
In a bowl we mix the orange juice with soy sauce (to taste). We empty this preparation to the mojarras and we take to the oven for approximately 30 minutes.
It is important to be sprinkling the mojarras with the orange juice while they are in the oven so that they are golden and juicy.
Remove from the oven and serve carefully. We can make a salad or accompany them with the vegetables that we have chosen.
