Ingredients

8 portions
  • 8 red snapper
  • 1 cup parsley, very chopped
  • 1/2 cups lemon peel, grated
  • 1 piece butter, for steak
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil, for steak
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice, for steak
  • 1 teaspoon ground bread, for steak
  • garlic
  • black pepper
  • cayenne pepper
  • anise seeds
  • estragon

Preparation

The steaks are washed, dried and soaked in lemon juice
The aluminum papers are cut, they are folded in half with the opaque side outside.
In each paper put a teaspoon of olive oil with which the fillets on both sides are smeared.
Each fillet should be sprinkled with salt, pepper, a little cayenne pepper, garlic powder, anise, parsley, a dash of tarragon, grated lemon rind. Especially put a piece of butter, sprinkle a teaspoon of breadcrumbs and a few more drops of lemon juice.
The papers are closed, folding in half to join the two parts and they are joined by folding first in a simple way and then in the form of a spikelet pressing with a finger.
Bake at 200 ° C for 25 minutes, and the foil is inflated like a balloon.
They are served on paper to keep the fish warm and juicy.

PRESENTATION

It can be served in aluminum foil accompanied by steamed potatoes with parsley.

TIPS

Other fish fillets can be used, such as sea bass, sole and white of the nile.
