This delicious and healthy Salmon with Chipotle and Lemon is a very easy dish to cook. Enjoy a light and low calorie recipe with a spectacular taste. Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 Cup of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1/4 of Cup of lemon juice
  • 1/4 of Cup of honey
  • 1/4 of Cup of coriander
  • 1/4 of Cup of Butter founded
  • 1 piece of Salmon In slices, without skin and cut into 4 slices
  • enough of Sea Salt Sal Sol®
  • enough of black pepper
  • 3 pieces of yellow lemon without seeds, cut into slices
  • 1 Cup of tomato diced, for the pico de gallo
  • 1 Cup of cuaresmeño or jalapeño pepper diced, for the pico de gallo
  • 1 Cup of coriander finely chopped, for the pico de gallo
  • 1 Cup of avocado cut into cubes, for the pico de gallo
  • 1/2 Cup of pineapple diced, for the pico de gallo
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice for the pico de gallo
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil for the pico de gallo
  • enough of Sea Salt Sal Sol® for the pico de gallo
  • 1 pinch of oregano for the pico de gallo

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (393F)
    In a bowl mix the chipotle, lemon juice, honey, coriander and butter, reserve.
    On a tray covered with baking paper, place the salmon, cover with the previous preparation, season with Sal Sol Brand Sea Salt and pepper to your liking, surround with the lemon slices and bake for 15 minutes or until cooked.
    For the pico de gallo, mix the tomato, the onion, the cuaresmeño chile, the cilantro, the pineapple, the avocado, season with the lemon, the olive oil, the Sal Sol Brand Sea Salt and the oregano to your liking.
    Serve the salmon with pico de gallo and enjoy.
