This recipe is very simple and fast. Prepare this delicious tilapia fillet with butter and fine herbs, it is perfect for any occasion. Since its flavor will conquer even the most demanding palates.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 tilapia fillets
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon fine herbs
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 lemons

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 230 ° C.
Melt the butter and pour it into a bowl, add the juice of half a lemon and mix.
In a dish mix the oregano, the fine herbs, salt and pepper.
Bat the Tilapia fillet in the butter with lemon and then brew in the herb mixture.
Place in a baking dish and sprinkle the garlic on top.
Add olive oil to taste, bake for 15 minutes.

TIPS

It can be accompanied with a green salad or a bed of spinach and mushrooms.
