Preparation
For our chipotle dressing. Mix the mayonnaise, cilantro, chipotle chilli, a spoonful of soy sauce and the juice of 1 lemon. We reserve
Cut the fish into medium strips and marinate with the rest of the soy sauce for a few minutes. You can seal the tuna in a pan if desired.
We cut the pore into very thin slices, fry it in the olive oil until it is very crispy. Drain and reserve.
On each toast we spread a little of the chipotle dressing, place some tuna strips on top, add a little chopped tomato, two or three slices of avocado, sprinkle some olive oil, a little dill and sesame and finally add a handful of fried pore.
