Fresh Tuna Toast and Fried Pore

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 cups soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder, optional
  • 4 chipotle chilies, chopped or 4 tablespoons of chipotle caldillo
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 leek, big
  • 1/4 cups extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 avocados from Mexico
  • 1 package tostada corn
  • 750 grams tuna steak, thick (2 large steaks)
  • 2 tablespoons black sesame seed, optional
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • dill, powdered

Preparation

For our chipotle dressing. Mix the mayonnaise, cilantro, chipotle chilli, a spoonful of soy sauce and the juice of 1 lemon. We reserve
Cut the fish into medium strips and marinate with the rest of the soy sauce for a few minutes. You can seal the tuna in a pan if desired.
We cut the pore into very thin slices, fry it in the olive oil until it is very crispy. Drain and reserve.
On each toast we spread a little of the chipotle dressing, place some tuna strips on top, add a little chopped tomato, two or three slices of avocado, sprinkle some olive oil, a little dill and sesame and finally add a handful of fried pore.
To enjoy!

TIPS

It can be accompanied with a few drops of habanero chile sauce.
