Preparation
Mix the olive oil, the soy sauce, the apple cider vinegar, the peanut oil and the lemon juice.
Cover the tuna with the marinade and let it rest for 2 minutes. Pass the tuna by Granola Kellogg's® Ancestral Grains; Sunflower seeds, amaranth and raisins and covers all sides of the tuna.
Heat a frying pan and place the tuna. Seal all sides of the tuna for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and refrigerate, this helps stop cooking and makes it easier to cut.
Place the rest of the marinade in a pot and let it boil for a few minutes until it reduces slightly. Remove the tuna from the refrigerator and cut it into thin slices.
Serve with the sauce.
