Prepare this rich, low-fat, tuna-sealed granola. It is a very easy recipe to make, besides it has a rich contrast of flavors and a crunchy crust of Granola Kellogg's® Ancestral Grains; Sunflower seeds, amaranth and raisins. Accompany it with a rich oriental sauce and enjoy!

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 cups Granola Kellogg's® Ancestral Grains; Sunflower seeds, amaranth and raisins
  • 2 tuna
  • 2/3 cups olive oil
  • 1/2 cups soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons apple vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice

Preparation

Mix the olive oil, the soy sauce, the apple cider vinegar, the peanut oil and the lemon juice.
Cover the tuna with the marinade and let it rest for 2 minutes. Pass the tuna by Granola Kellogg's® Ancestral Grains; Sunflower seeds, amaranth and raisins and covers all sides of the tuna.
Heat a frying pan and place the tuna. Seal all sides of the tuna for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and refrigerate, this helps stop cooking and makes it easier to cut.
Place the rest of the marinade in a pot and let it boil for a few minutes until it reduces slightly. Remove the tuna from the refrigerator and cut it into thin slices.
Serve with the sauce.
