Ingredients

2 servings
  • 60 grams of San Juan® egg whites
  • 50 grams of couscous
  • 30 grams of onion
  • 25 grams of carrot
  • 20 grams of pumpkin
  • 15 grams of onion
  • 20 grams of Butter
  • 5 grams of Salt
  • 5 grams of black pepper
  • 2 pieces of pita bread
  • 5 pieces of grapefruit supreme
  • 1 piece of Cherry tomato
  • 1 gram of wheat (grass)
  • 10 milliliters of sauce of mango
  • 1 sheet of chard
  • 5 leaves of spinach
  • 1 gram of sunflower seed

    Preparation

    Cook the Couscous as indicated in your presentation.
    Cut julienne onions and carrots, cut the squash into small squares.
    Sauté the onion with a little butter and add the vegetables and sauté until cooked.
    Incorporate the San Juan® Egg Claras and the Couscous into the vegetable without stopping to move, if necessary a little more butter, rectify seasoning.
    Heat the pita bread in a pan.
    Fill the pita bread with the cooked mixture.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in an elongated dish.

    TIPS

    You can add mint leaves to the preparation.
