Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of onion finely chopped
  • 3 cups of mushroom cut into strips
  • 2 cups of baby spinach
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 1 Cup of Romaine Eva® Mini Lettuce chopped
  • 8 pieces of egg
  • 3 pinches of Salt
  • 3 pinches of black pepper
  • 1 Cup of green sauce

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Heat a skillet over medium heat with the coconut oil and cook the garlic and onion until they are clear. Add mushrooms, spinach and Mini Romaine Lettuce Eva®. Cook 5 minutes or until soft. Season and reserve.
    In the same pan add the eggs and season. Bake for 5 minutes or until the clear is cooked. Remove from the oven.
    Bathe with green sauce. Serve and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Yo la hice con lechuga y muy rica! Si la lechuga también se cocina! Los Tailandeses la acostumbran en muchos platillos calientes, sopas y guisados, aquí en nuestro país es donde la usamos fresca!
