Portobellos Gratinados Filled with Broccoli

If you feel like a healthier option, prepare these portobello mushrooms stuffed with Broccoli Eva® Bits mixed with red onion, cherry tomato and a spicy touch of ground chili. The best thing is that they go au gratin with soft mozzarella cheese. Prepare them in just 15 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of Broccoli Eva® Bits bleached, for filling
  • 3 spoonfuls of purple Onion finely chopped, for filling
  • 2 spoonfuls of Garlic Finely chopped, for filling
  • 2 spoonfuls of ground chili for the filling
  • 1/4 of Cup of Bell pepper Finely chopped, for filling
  • 1/4 of Cup of cherry tomato cut in half, for the filling
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper for the filling
  • 6 pieces of Portobello mushroom clean and cupped
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 Cup of mozzarella cheese grated, to gratinate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
    For the filling, in a bowl mix the Bits of Broccoli Eva® with the onion, garlic, chili pepper, pepper, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
    On a baking sheet place the mushrooms, add a little olive oil, season with salt and pepper, fill with the previous preparation and cover with the mozzarella cheese.
    Bake until the cheese is melted and the mushrooms are soft. Remove from the oven, serve and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the portobellos stuffed on a plate and accompany with Salad Eva® to your liking.

    TIPS

    If you wish, you can hollow the mushrooms with the help of a spoon. What about mushroom can you chop and use it in the filling.
