Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 Bimbo® Toasted Bread
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 white goat cheese
  • 1 yellow lemon
  • 12 leaves peppermint
  • 4 ground peppers
  • 5 grams flower of salt
  • 10 milliliters olive oil

Preparation

Remove the pulp from the avocado. Mix it with the goat cheese, season and add the olive oil, reserve in the refrigerator.
Serve the mixture on toast. Decorate with lemon zets and mint leaves.
