Preparation
Wash the chard, remove the stem and reserve.
Cut the potatoes into cubes and cook in a little water no more than 5min. Remove from heat and reserve.
Stir fry onion with garlic in oil.
With the diced onion, pour the potatoes into cubes for 5 minutes, stir until incorporated.
Pour the pre-washed chard until reduced.
Add salt and pepper to taste and heat until the chard changes color and reduces until everything is incorporated. You can add powdered chicken broth if you like.
Turn off and add mozzarella cheese distributed throughout, stir one last time. Cover the container so that the cheese melts with steam.
