Preparation
Cook the meat for 35 minutes, add salt, garlic and a bit of long onion.
Place the chicken in another pot to cook with the same ingredients of the meat, for 30 minutes.
To make the stew of the meat, chop 2 stems of onion, 1 piece of paprika and 2 tomatoes in small pieces; Place them in a pot with a tablespoon of olive oil, add the salt and garlic, fry until the ingredients are golden brown.

Precaliwnt the tortillas and serve.
To make the taco, take an omelet add the guacamole, then the lettuce, next the cream cheese, then the chicken and finally the meat.
