Preparation
In a bowl place the ground meat, add the two eggs, chopped onion, the raw rice; the cumin, a bit of bread, salt and pepper.
Knead everything and make the meatballs, put them carefully on the boiling water of the express pot, with the leaves of laurel and mint and cover, let cook for about 15 minutes.
Uncover with care; check if they are cooked to your liking, and if so, in the same water, cook the vegetables for 3 to 5 minutes.
Once cooked add the ground tomato together with two chipotle peppers, 1/4 onion and garlic, return the meatballs to the pot and put everything to boil (with uncovered pot), check the seasoning and serve hot.
