A rich recipe to pamper the family, you have to try this lasagna with meat and mix of 3 different cheeses that make a delicious combination full of flavor. It is a delicious dish for a dinner or meal. Prepare it.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 750 grams of ground beef
  • 350 grams of onion
  • 300 grams of tomato
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 kilo of Mennonite cheese grated
  • 1/2 kilo of Manchego cheese grated
  • 1/2 kilo of grated parmesan cheese
  • 750 milliliters of tomato puree
  • 1 tablespoon of basil
  • 2 boxes of precooked lasagna noodles
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 1 teaspoonful of ground oregano (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon of chipotle chile pepper ground, to taste
  • 4 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 10 grams of scallion chopped

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
    Finely chop the onion, garlic and tomatoes (remove the seeds).
    In a large pan place a little olive oil, onion, garlic and sauté until lightly browned.
    Add the chopped tomato in the pan with the basil, the scallion, oregano to taste, the pinch of sugar. Add the meat and mix well.
    Blend tomato puree and chipotle pepper (to taste).
    When it is a little cooked, add the mash with chipotle, continue mixing and let boil.
    Grease the refractory.
    Place a layer of pasta, one of meat, one of Mennonite cheese, one of Manchego cheese, one of Parmesan cheese and repeat until you almost reach the edge of it refractory (I put 3 layers of each thing).
    Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

    TIPS

    Put more cheese on top to brown. It will look and taste delicious. Do not put salt because the cheese has enough.
