Ingredients

8 portions
  • 750 grams ground beef
  • 350 grams onion
  • 300 grams tomtato
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 kilos Mennonite cheese, grated
  • 1/2 kilos manchego cheese, grated
  • 1/2 kilos grated parmesan cheese
  • 750 milliliters mashed tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 2 boxes precooked lasagna noodles
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground oregano, (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle chili, ground, to taste
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 10 grams chives, chopped

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Finely chop the onion, garlic and tomatoes (remove the seeds).
In a large pan place a little olive oil, onion, garlic and sauté until lightly browned.
Add the chopped tomato in the pan with the basil, the scallion, oregano to taste, the pinch of sugar. Add the meat and mix well.
Blend tomato puree and chipotle pepper (to taste).
When it is a little cooked, add the mash with chipotle, continue mixing and let boil.
Grease the refractory.
Place a layer of pasta, one of meat, one of Mennonite cheese, one of Manchego cheese, one of Parmesan cheese and repeat until you almost reach the edge of it refractory (I put 3 layers of each thing).
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

TIPS

Put more cheese on top to brown. It will look and taste delicious. Do not put salt because the cheese has enough.
