The recipe for linguine with shrimp, lemon and garlic is a very rich and fresh pasta. The lemon gives a citrus touch that perfectly accompanies the shrimp.

  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 500 grams linguine pasta
  • 2 cloves garlic, Crushed
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 300 grams shrimp, big
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1/4 cups fresh parsley, chopped


In a deep bowl, mix olive oil and lemon zest and reserve.
Take a small pan and with a tablespoon of olive oil brown the chopped garlic until very golden, remove from the pan and reserve.
In a large pot, boil water with salt. Add the linguine and cook until al dente.
Meanwhile in a large frying pan heat over medium heat the olive oil with lemon. Add the crushed garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
Cook shrimp in oil for 2 minutes or until pink.
Add the linguine, the lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from the pan, serve on a large platter. Arrange the shrimp to look.


Garnish with the chopped parsley and chopped garlic that is dyed at the beginning of the recipe.
