Preparation
In a deep bowl, mix olive oil and lemon zest and reserve.
Take a small pan and with a tablespoon of olive oil brown the chopped garlic until very golden, remove from the pan and reserve.
In a large pot, boil water with salt. Add the linguine and cook until al dente.
Meanwhile in a large frying pan heat over medium heat the olive oil with lemon. Add the crushed garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
Cook shrimp in oil for 2 minutes or until pink.
Add the linguine, the lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from the pan, serve on a large platter. Arrange the shrimp to look.
