Preparation
In the food processor put the flour, salt and butter in pieces. Process for 5 seconds. Add the ice water and press 5 times until the mixture looks gritty and the butter is in small pieces.
Form a ball with the dough and place in the refrigerator in a plastic bag for 1 hour.
Once the time has passed, remove the dough and stretch it on a flat, floured surface until it forms a rectangle.
Sprinkle some flour and fold the edges of the rectangle to the center and stretch again with the rolling pin. Repeat this step 5 times. (These are the same folds that form when you inflate and separate the layers when baking it).
