The sauce of this pasta is delicious with the combination of tomatoes and olives

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1 onion chopped girl
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 Cup of olive slices
  • 1 can of tomato chopped
  • 3 spoonfuls of Water
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley
  • 250 grams of penne pasta

    Preparation

    Heat the oil and add onion and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes. Put the olives and move a minute.
    Add the tomatoes, water and half of the parsley. Put salt and pepper. Lower the heat and cook covered for 30 minutes by moving occasionally. While baking the pasta according to package instructions.
    Drain the pasta and add the sauce, serve immediately. Sprinkle the rest of the chopped parsley.

    esta buena la receta, aunque yo como estoy a dieta ahora que viene el buen tiempo, cambio el tomate por una salsa 0 kcal que me recomendo mi monitora de gym y esta muy buena, mantiene todo el sabor y no engorda es de la marca servivita os dejo link de donde lo compre!! https://www.tiendaculturista.com/salsas-bajas-en-calorias/servivita-salsa-tomate-basilico-4159.html
