Preparation
Heat the oil and add onion and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes. Put the olives and move a minute.
Add the tomatoes, water and half of the parsley. Put salt and pepper. Lower the heat and cook covered for 30 minutes by moving occasionally. While baking the pasta according to package instructions.
Drain the pasta and add the sauce, serve immediately. Sprinkle the rest of the chopped parsley.
