Preparation
Heat the water with 1 teaspoon of salt, as it let boil add the broccoli and cook for 3 minutes.
It is removed and placed in a container with cold water and reserve.
The same is done with Swiss chard.
In a bowl mix mayonnaise with ketchup and salt to taste, reserve.
Mix the lettuce, the chard, the broccoli, the pepper and the chicken.
Bathe with lemon juice and dressing. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
