Broccoli Salad, Chard and Chicken

Healthy salad full of nutrients, with broccoli, Swiss chard and chicken.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 liters Water
  • 1 1/2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 1 broccoli, in Little pieces
  • 1 bunch chard, washed and disinfected
  • 1 red pepper, in squares
  • 1 Re Lettuce, washed and disinfected
  • 1/2 cups light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups ketchup
  • lemon juice, (2 pieces)
  • salt, and pepper

Preparation

Heat the water with 1 teaspoon of salt, as it let boil add the broccoli and cook for 3 minutes.
It is removed and placed in a container with cold water and reserve.
The same is done with Swiss chard.
In a bowl mix mayonnaise with ketchup and salt to taste, reserve.
Mix the lettuce, the chard, the broccoli, the pepper and the chicken.
Bathe with lemon juice and dressing. Sprinkle salt and pepper.

PRESENTATION

It is decorated with sliced ​​cucumbers and a slice of lemon.

TIPS

It is served with croutons.
