Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts, clean, fat-free, and boneless; 1 jar hot sauce, for wings; 1 bunch spinach; 1 carrot; 8 cherry tomatoes; 1 mixed lettuce; 2 tablespoons fresh parsley; 2 teaspoons garlic; 2 teaspoons onion powder; 1 teaspoon fresh dill; salt, and pepper to taste; 1/2 cups Greek yogurt; 3 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise; 2 teaspoons light milk

For the dressing: Mix natural Greek yogurt with mayonnaise and two tablespoons of light milk in a bowl. Season with dill, chopped parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Rinse the chicken breasts, pat them dry with a paper towel. Marinate them preferably the night before with hot wing sauce, lemon (optional), and a drizzle of olive oil.
