Preparation
Wash the rice, drain and let soak for 1 hour.
Heat the oil in a pot and cook the onion until it is transparent, add the rice (already drained and dry), then the salt, curry, cube of broth and ginger.
Add water and bring to low heat for 20 minutes.
Once the time has passed, turn off the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
