4 portions
  • 1 bell pepper, or chile to fill
  • 1 potato
  • 3 cambray onions
  • 1 Castilla pumpkin, elongated
  • 1 carrot, big
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups Water
  • 250 grams rice
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 cups soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ajinomoto salt


Boil the water with the salt, when it breaks the boil, add the rice. Since this ready to strain and let cool, set aside.
Wash and chop all the vegetables in small cubes, Onions cut into small slices until the ends separate.
In a saucepan add a little oil and sauté each vegetable separately, with a spoonful of soy sauce and a pinch of ajinomoto until they are at their point, more or less smooth.
Then in a larger saucepan, add a little oil and rice, generously add soy sauce and combine with all the vegetables you prepared before,
Cook on low heat and all together for 3 to 5 minutes, taking care not to stick, beating a little.
Check that it does not lack salt and serves.


You can present it by putting the rice in a small mold, press a little to compact and carefully remove it in an extended dish.


You can add chicken (breast) or any type of cubed meat. If you do not have ajinomoto just add salt or season to taste every vegetable.
