Preparation
Blend the tomato with the garlic, onion and a little chicken stock, reserve.
Heat a pot over medium heat with the oil, fry the rice until lightly browned. Add the preparation of the blender and cook a few minutes until the rice absorbs the collection.
Add the rest of the chicken broth, carrot, peas, chilies and salt. Cover the pot and cook until it starts to boil, lower the heat to half a flame and cook for 25 to 30 minutes.
Turn off the heat and rest for 10 minutes to finish cooking with your own heat, move before serving to sponge, serve and enjoy.
